Product Thickness, Size and Quality

We use standard thickness with acrylic paper, it may vary up to 0.5 MM Size for product also may be vary by 2-3 MM as it may less in cutting process. Photo quality is totally depended on uploaded photo although we try our best to pre-process photos but photos with small faces, dark light and blurred can’t be processed due to limitations of editing.

Payment Policy:

If the Buyer's credit card or debit card is declined, Upaharam will not process the Buyer’s order. In the event where Upaharam must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer must agree to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Shipping and delivery policy:

Upaharam will be shipping your order with a reputed carrier. It takes up to 3-5 business days for shipping to metro's and cities and up to 14 days for rural areas. We will not be responsible for any kind of delays in delivery or loss of the purchase or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. You will be informed once your order is shipped, through email or you can check your order status in your Upaharam account at www.upaharam.in

Cancellation Policy:

In any case you should require the order you placed to be cancelled, please e-mail us at E-mail : info@upaharam.in as early as possible or within a maximum 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation requests received after the order has been sent to production will be dealt on case by case basis and a refund cannot be promised always.

Use or Upload images that are free to use, even commercially i.e. copyright free.

Do not upload copyright infringement content such as images.

Upaharam is nowhere liable, if any individual upload or use images that leads to copyright infringement.

If found any breach of law in fulfilling Upaharam’s Content Copyright Compliance Policy, the individual or group of individual is liable to Copyright law of India.

Change/Modify Your Account Information:

You can login to your Upaharam purchase/shopping account at any time as soon as it is active and you can choose the appropriate segment to review, modify, or delete your login information.
